The present invention relates to a display panel, an electronic device, and a display panel manufacturing method. The display panel comprises a planarization layer, a sub-anode layer, a pixel defining layer, an organic functional layer, and a cathode layer; the sub-anode layer is used for controlling the light emitting situation of sub-pixels, and is arranged above the planarization layer; the sub-anode layer is provided with a plurality of separated sub-anodes, and the sub-anodes are provided with through holes. In the described structure, water vapor can be evaporated outwards through the through holes in the sub-anodes, preventing the water vapor from being blocked between the planarization layer and the sub-anode layer, and thus avoiding the occurrence of the sub-anode layer being raised by the water vapor and the formation of protrusions and/or holes.
