Embodiments of the present application provide an image processing method and apparatus, and an intelligent driving device. The method comprises: acquiring a first image, a first field of view of the first image being a field of view of a camera device that captures the first image; and cropping a region where a first target object is located in the first image to obtain a second image, the first field of view being greater than a second field of view of the second image, and view depth information of the second image being consistent with view depth information corresponding to the region where the first target object is located in the first image. In this way, the flexibility of extracting a region of interest in an image can be improved, so that the flexibility of detecting different dynamic targets can be improved, thereby improving the precision of dynamic target detection, and improving the safety of the intelligent driving device.
