Zusammenfassung: | A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: about 100 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin; about 30 to about 45 parts by weight of glass fibers surface-treated with polyolefin; about 50 to about 60 parts by weight of a phosphor-nitrogen-based flame retardant comprising about 70 to about 90 percent by weight of piperazine pyrophosphate and about 10 to about 30 percent by weight of melamine polyphosphate; and about 1.5 to about 4.5 parts by weight of maleic anhydride-modified polypropylene. The thermoplastic resin composition has excellent flame retardancy (thin film flame retardancy and electrical flame retardancy), impact resistance, rigidity, extrudability, balance of the physical properties, and the like.
Une composition de résine thermoplastique de la présente invention comprend : environ 100 parties en poids d'une résine de polypropylène ; environ 30 à environ 45 parties en poids de fibres de verre traitées en surface avec une polyoléfine ; environ 50 à environ 60 parties en poids d'un retardateur de flamme à base de phosphore-azote comprenant environ 70 à environ 90 pour cent en poids de pyrophosphate de pipérazine et environ 10 à environ 30 pour cent en poids de polyphosphate de mélamine ; et environ 1,5 à environ 4,5 parties en poids de polypropylène modifié par anhydride maléique. La composition de résine thermoplastique présente une excellente ininflammabilité (ininflammabilité de film mince et ininflammabilité électrique), une excellente résistance aux chocs, une excellente rigidité, une excellente extrudabilité, un équilibre des propriétés physiques, et analogues.
