La présente invention concerne une souche transformée de Bacillus subtilis produisant de l'endolysine qui confère un système d'expression/sécrétion d'endolysine à Bacillus subtilis, connue comme étant une souche GRAS, de façon à éliminer efficacement Staphylococcus aureus de par son excellente activité antibactérienne. 본 발명은 GRAS 균주로 알려진 고초균(B. subtilis)에 엔도라이신 분비 발현 시스템을 적용하여 우수한 항균활성으로 인해 황색포도상구균(Staphylococcus aureus)을 효과적으로 억제하는 엔도라이신을 생산하는 형질전환 바실러스 서브틸리스 균주를 제공한다.
