Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for preparing a single domain VHH antibody, the method, in order to prepare a single domain VHH antibody for prevention or treatment of digestive disorder in calves, comprising, in a step for immunizing an animal of the family Camelidae, a step for injecting flagellin along with an antigen into the animal of the family Camelidae, wherein the method enables selectively increasing the generation of antigen-specific IgG2 and IgG3 among various antibodies. La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un anticorps VHH à domaine unique, le procédé, afin de préparer un anticorps VHH à domaine unique pour la prévention ou le traitement d'un trouble digestif chez les veaux, comprenant, dans une étape d'immunisation d'un animal de la famille des Camelidae, une étape d'injection de flagelline conjointement avec un antigène dans l'animal de la famille des Camelidae, le procédé permettant d'augmenter sélectivement la génération de IgG2 et IgG3 spécifiques à l'antigène parmi divers anticorps. 본 발명은 송아지 소화기성 질병의 예방 또는 치료용 단일 도메인 VHH 항체를 제조하기 위하여 낙타과 동물을 면역화시키는 단계에서 항원과 함께 플라젤린(flagellin)을 낙타과 동물에 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 도메인 VHH 항체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 방법은 다양한 항체들 중 항원특이적인 IgG2 및 IgG3의 생성을 선택적으로 증가시킬 수 있다.
