METHOD FOR ACQUIRING CORONARY ARTERY FRACTIONAL FLOW RESERVE AND COMPUTER DEVICE

The present application relates to a method for acquiring coronary artery fractional flow reserve and a computer device. The method comprises: acquiring a DSA image sequence, and subjecting the sequence to screening, classification and semantic segmentation to give an angiograph of a first orientation and an angiograph of a second orientation of a target blood vessel; reconstructing a three-dimensional central line and a three-dimensional contour of the target blood vessel to give an equivalent three-dimensional diameter; fitting the equivalent three-dimensional diameter to give a reference diameter; acquiring a first time difference from the start point to the end point of a contrast agent in reconstructing the three-dimensional central line from the angiograph of the first orientation, acquiring a second time difference from the start point to the end point of the contrast agent in reconstructing the three-dimensional central line from the angiograph of the second orientation, and acquiring a blood flow rat
