Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the technical field of catalysts, and specifically relates to a catalytic cracking catalyst, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof, and a method for processing wax oil. The catalytic cracking catalyst comprises: a modified molecular sieve, a binder, and a matrix material, wherein the modified molecular sieve is prepared by modifying a Y-type molecular sieve, and uses a specific modification treatment process. The catalytic cracking catalyst provided by the present invention has the characteristics of high activity, good stability, high crystallinity, strong wax oil conversion capability, good gasoline selectivity, high total liquid yield, high coke selectivity and the like; additionally, the use of the catalyst for processing wax oil can effectively increase the conversion rate of wax oil and effectively improve the total liquid yield.
