Zusammenfassung:	An orthopedic implant is provided. The implant includes at least one coating on the surface of the implant. The coating has at least one drug and release of the drug is selectively triggered by inflammation. The coating may comprise one or more ROS-responsive polymers selected from the group consisting of poly(thioketal ß-amino amide) (PTK-BAA), poly(thioacetal ß-amino amide) (PTA-BAA), and poly(ß-amino ester) (PBAE) chemistries. L'invention concerne un implant orthopédique. L'implant comprend au moins un revêtement sur la surface de l'implant. Le revêtement a au moins un médicament et la libération du médicament est déclenchée sélectivement par une inflammation. Le revêtement peut comprendre un ou plusieurs polymères réagissant aux ROS choisis dans le groupe constitué par le poly (ß-amino amide) (PTK-BAA), le poly (thioacétal ß-amino amide) (PTA-BAA) et les chimies de poly (ß-amino ester) (PBAE).
