The present invention pertains to a photopolymer composition for forming holograms, and a photopolymer film, a hologram recording medium, a holographic recording method, and an optical element which use the photopolymer composition. The photopolymer composition includes a monofunctional monomer having a small molecule, and thus can provide a photopolymer film, a hologram recording medium, and an optical element including same, which have excellent recording efficiency due to achieving diffraction efficiency and a higher refractive index modulation value even with a small thickness, exhibit excellent durability in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, and have excellent haze, bonding, and adhesion properties.
