Zusammenfassung:	Fuel dispensing unit (1) for refuelling a vehicle, comprising a breakaway device (3) comprising a first shut-off valve unit (4) connected to a fuel supply line of the fuel dispensing unit (1) and a second shut-off valve unit (5) connected to a first end (6) of a fuel hose (7), the fuel hose (7) comprising a fuel nozzle (2) at a second end of the fuel hose (7). The first shut-off valve unit (4) and the second shut-off valve unit (5) are intended to be disconnected when a predetermined tractive force from the fuel hose (7) is exceeded to separate the fuel hose (7) from the fuel dispensing unit (1). The fuel dispensing unit (1) comprises a tilting means (8) fixed to an outer side portion (9) of the fuel dispensing unit (1) and supporting the breakaway device (3), such that the breakaway device (3) is inclined at a predetermined angle (a) with respect to the outer side portion (9) of the fuel dispensing unit (1).
