Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed herein is a split type lower limb exoskeleton robot. By means of a movable support mechanism and a lower limb wearable exoskeleton mechanism which are arranged in a split manner, a rehabilitation training manner of "a movable support and an exoskeleton" or "a single exoskeleton" can be used according to different recovery conditions of the body motor functions of a patient. The split type lower limb exoskeleton robot is convenient to assemble and disassemble, thereby facilitating the improvement of the applicability of the robot; meanwhile, a rehabilitation therapist can conduct targeted training according to different conditions of the patient, thereby further increasing the recovery speed of the body motor functions of the patient.
