The oil well fiber-optic multi-parameter testing method comprises the following steps: collecting monitoring data at a preset position, wherein the monitoring data at least comprises temperature data, pressure data, and vibration data; according to the temperature data, performing temperature analysis on an oil and gas reservoir; according to the vibration data, performing vibration analysis on the oil and gas reservoir; according to the temperature data, the pressure data, and the vibration data, performing a combined analysis of the oil and gas reservoir; according to the combined analysis, obtaining output parameters of the oil and gas reservoir in different strata; and according to the output parameters of the oil and gas reservoir, obtaining a flow conclusion regarding the oil and gas reservoir. The method and apparatus solve the technical problem of it being difficult to guarantee deepwater oil and gas reservoir flow in offshore FPSO
