Each bolt mounting mechanism comprises two bolt mounting devices (1), and the two bolt mounting devices (1) are spaced apart and hingedly connected to the side portions of a propelling beam (2) in the length direction of the propelling beam (2); the two bolt mounting devices (1) are provided with bolt loading structures for respectively receiving the head end and the tail end of a bolt (3); the bolt replacing mechanism is arranged on the propelling beam (2) or the bolt mounting mechanism, the bolt replacing mechanism is provided with bearing structures capable of bearing the bolt (3), and the bolt replacing mechanism has a rotational and/or translational stroke on the bolt mounting mechanism and is thus used for sending the borne bolt (3) out of the bolt loading structures.
