Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae for producing cannabigerolic acid. The recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae is prepared from basic Saccharomyces cerevisiae, wherein in the basic Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the following endogenous genes are overexpressed, down-regulated, or knocked out: pep4, gal80, gal4, and fas1, and exogenous genes encoding the following enzymes are overexpressed: a tetraketone synthase (Cs.TKS) gene, an olivetolic acid cyclase (Cs.OAC) gene, a geranyl-pyrophosphate-olivetolic acid geranyltransferase (Cs.PT4n) gene, and a variant acetyl coenzyme synthase (Se.ACS) gene.
