L'invention concerne un ensemble de capture et de conversion d'énergie houlomotrice comprenant un tube formant une chambre et un absorbeur ponctuel disposé dans la chambre, le tube étant agencé de manière fonctionnelle pour entrer en contact avec l'eau afin de former une colonne d'eau oscillante à l'intérieur de la chambre, et la colonne d'eau oscillante entrant en contact avec l'absorbeur ponctuel afin de déplacer un premier arbre dans une première direction circonférentielle.
