This behavior continuation support device supports the continuation of a behavior which was started in order to achieve a goal, by having a weariness detection unit configured so as to detect the feeling of being weary of the behavior, on the basis of the history of the status of achievement of a given person regarding a goal related to a given behavior; and a goal update unit configured so as to update the goal on the basis of the history when weariness is detected.
