METHOD FOR PROVIDING QR CODE-BASED PARKING SYSTEM ON BASIS OF ACCURATE VEHICLE NUMBER PLATE RECOGNITION

A method for providing a QR code-based parking system on the basis of accurate vehicle number plate recognition, the method being performed by a server according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) training a precise number plate recognition model on the basis of multiple pieces of training data including a vehicle number plate; (b) receiving an image of a vehicle entering a parking lot from a camera installed in a parking area, and inputting the received image to the precise number plate recognition model to extract text information of the vehicle number plate; (c) upon reception of a vehicle image of parking of the vehicle that has entered the parking lot, identifying parking area identification information in the area in which the vehicle is parked; (d) as a user terminal inputs phone number or payment means information through a link of a QR code installed in the parking area and transmits same to a server, or as user identification information associated with the recognized vehicle number plate and stored in the server is identified, matching personal information of a user of the parked vehicle with the parking area identification information, a vehicle entrance time point, and the recognized vehicle number plate, and performing completion of vehicle entrance; and (e) if a vehicle exit signal is received from the user terminal, or if matching between a number plate of a vehicle which has entered the parking lot and a number plate of a vehicle which has exited is identified on the image received from the camera, performing exit processing for a vehicle related to the user terminal, and performing payment for a parking cost on the basis of the payment means information.
