Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present invention are an adaptive control system and method for the slope-climbing torque of a mining mechanical-transmission dumper. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring and analyzing signal data of a tilt angle sensor and of an accelerator pedal, and determining whether a dumper is in a slope-climbing state; if the dumper is in a slope-climbing state, then acquiring and analyzing signal data of suspension pressure sensors and a rotation speed sensor, and performing calculation to obtain traction forces and resistances which correspond to different gear speed ratios of a gearbox; if a traction force corresponding to the highest gear speed ratio of the gearbox is greater than or equal to a resistance corresponding thereto, then not entering a slope-climbing torque adaptive-control mode, and not sending a gear-limiting instruction to a gearbox controller; and if the traction force corresponding to the highest gear speed ratio of the gearbox is less than the resistance correspond |
