COILING MACHINE STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF ACCURATELY CONTROLLING REEL TORQUE AND REEL TORQUE CONTROL METHOD

A coiling machine structure capable of accurately controlling the reel torque, comprising a rack (1), a reel (2), magnetorheological fluid clutches (3), a speed reducer (4), a motor (5) and a torque synthesis speed reducer (6). The reel is rotatably arranged on the rack, the speed reducer is transmittingly connected to the motor, and the speed reducer is transmittingly connected to the reel by means of the plurality of magnetorheological fluid clutches and the torque synthesis speed reducer.
