Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an olefin polymerization catalyst, and disclosed are a catalyst component for olefin polymerization, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The catalyst component of the present invention comprises elemental magnesium, elemental titanium and an internal electron donor; the internal electron donor comprises a phosphate ester, and an α-cyanosuccinate and/or a substituted α-cyanosuccinate, a molar ratio of the phosphate ester to the elemental magnesium being 0.0002-0.002:1. When the catalyst is used for olefin polymerization, especially for propylene polymerization, the obtained polymer has the characteristics of a high Z+1 average molecular weight and a good balance of rigidity and toughness.
