Zusammenfassung:Electronic paper and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display module and a display apparatus. The electronic paper comprises an electrophoretic layer, and a first refractive index adjustment layer (31) and a second refractive index adjustment layer (32), which are arranged on the electrophoretic layer, wherein the electrophoretic layer is used for performing display under the drive of an electric field. The first refractive index adjustment layer (31) is closer to the electrophoretic layer than the second refractive index adjustment layer (32); the second refractive index adjustment layer (32) is in contact with the first refractive index adjustment layer (31), and the refractive index of the second refractive index adjustment layer (32) is greater than the refractive index of the first refractive index adjustment layer (31).
