A guide rail (2) is fixedly connected to an upper side of the base (1); a slide seat (3) is slidably connected to the guide rail (2); a rack (4) is fixedly connected to an upper side of the slide seat (3); a cutter rest (5) is arranged on the rack (4); a cutter mechanism (6) is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the cutter rest (5); and a replacement device (7) and a blowing assembly (8) are arranged in the cutter mechanism (6). The numerical control machine tool convenient for cutter replacement can drive a sliding plate (79) to slide by pressing a press rod (710) by means of the use of the replacement device (7), compress a reset spring (711), make a cross rod (78) move towards a tool, drive a sliding rod to move, make a connecting block (76) drive a sliding block to compress a compression spring (74), drive a wedge block (73) away from a clamping groove of a cutter body (65), and disassemble the cutter body (65).
