The heat exchange device comprises a housing (10), the housing (10) comprising a water collection structure (101), and the water collection structure (101) being used for collecting condensed water; an evaporator (50), the evaporator (50) being provided in the housing (10); a first liquid storage tank (20), at least part of the water collection structure (101) being communicated with an inlet of the first liquid storage tank (20); a second liquid storage tank (30), the first liquid storage tank (20) further comprising a second liquid discharge port (222) communicated with the second liquid storage tank (30), and the second liquid storage tank (30) being detachably provided on the housing (10). The heat exchange device provided can solve the problem in the prior art of incomplete treatment of condensate water in the heat exchange device.
