Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for a ceramic fiber filter pipe with a high air permeability, which method comprises: using mullite short fibers as aggregates, adding glass fibers and a silica sol as sintering aids, obtaining a green body of a ceramic fiber filter pipe by using a filter-pressing forming process, and sequentially carrying out freeze drying and a heat treatment to obtain a ceramic fiber filter pipe with a high air permeability. The combined use of the two sintering aids with different properties can effectively improve the performance of the ceramic fiber filter pipe prepared by using a wet forming technique. Moreover, the freeze drying treatment can block the path of migration of nanoparticles in the silica sol to the surface of the ceramic fiber filter pipe due to a capillary force, such that the properties of the prepared ceramic fiber filter pipe are more uniform. A reference is thus provided for preparing a high-flux ceramic fiber membrane.
