The present application further relates to methods of preparing the microparticles of the present application and compositions comprising the microparticles. The present application also relates to methods and uses of the microparticles and the compositions of the present application in the treatment of a substrate to provide omniphobic and antimicrobial properties. La présente invention concerne des microparticules omniphobes et antimicrobiennes comprenant un noyau polymère, le noyau comprenant une enveloppe plissée, et une ou plusieurs couches moléculaires ou de nanoparticules fixées à l'enveloppe. La présente invention concerne en outre des procédés de préparation des microparticules de la présente invention et des compositions comprenant les microparticules.
