ORAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING TAXANE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention relates to an oral pharmaceutical composition and a preparing method therefor, wherein the composition comprises: (a) taxane; (b) one or more medium-chain triglycerides selected from the group consisting of triacetin, tributyrin, tricaproin, tricaprylin, tricaprin, and triolein; (c) an oleoyl glycerol complex including monooleoyl glycerol, dioleoyl glycerol, and trioleoyl glycerol, with the content of monooleoyl glycerol being between 30 to 99.9 weight%; (d) cholesterol, cholesterol derivatives, or a combination thereof; and (e) a surfactant.
