La présente invention concerne un appareil de pyrolyse sous vide pour des batteries au lithium-ion usagées et, plus spécifiquement, un appareil de pyrolyse sous vide pour des batteries au lithium-ion usagées qui permet de récupérer des matières premières de haute qualité pendant l'écrasement et le broyage de batteries au lithium-ion usagées par élimination et récupération d'un électrolyte ainsi que par induction d'une décharge par pyrolyse dans le vide, et par traitement supplémentaire de divers polymères au moyen d'un procédé de distillation.
