Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a composite vegetable oil plasticizer, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, relates to the technical field of vegetable oil plasticizers, and solves the technical problem of a plasticizer for PVC production having a relatively high cost due to the fact that a vegetable oil plasticizer is easy to precipitate out and cannot be used as the main plasticizer. The technical key points thereof comprise the following components in parts by weight: a total of 1000 parts of epoxidized vegetable oil and esterified vegetable oil, and 10-100 parts of a polymerization chain extender, wherein the epoxidized vegetable oil accounts for 5-50% of the total, the esterified vegetable oil accounts for 50-95%, and the average molecular weight of the prepared composite vegetable oil plasticizer is 1500-4000.
