The damping mechanism (100) comprises a first processor, a fixing portion (1), a movable portion (2) and a flow control valve (3). The fixing portion (1) is connected to a first exercise component (200). The movable portion (2) is connected to a second exercise component (300). The movable portion (2) divides the chamber of the fixing portion (1) into at least two fluid chambers (110) in communication with each other. When the first exercise component (200) and the second exercise component (300) move relative to each other, the movable portion (2) is driven to move to push the fluid to flow between the two fluid chambers (110). The damping mechanism uses the fluid resistance between the adjustable fluid chambers communicated with each other as a source of resistance, and is convenient and safe.
