The registration method is applied to an extended reality device, and comprises: acquiring a medical image of a target part; and registering the target part and the medical image to obtain a first spatial transformation relationship, wherein the first spatial transformation relationship reflects the spatial transformation relationship between the target part in a scanning coordinate system and the target part in a global coordinate system, the scanning coordinate system is established on the basis of the medical image, and the global coordinate system is established on the basis of a reference marker of the target part.
