Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a lightweight puncture-resistant mesh fabric, which comprises an airtight layer, a bonding layer, a nanocomposite material fabric layer, a bonding layer and an airtight layer. The nanocomposite material fabric layer is formed by compounding a substrate with a shear thickening fluid. The substrate is a plain woven fabric of polyester, chinlon or aramid fiber. The fineness of the warp and weft yarns is 400 to 1000 D, the warp density is 20 to 28 threads/inch, the weft density is 22 to 26.5 threads/inch, the tightness degree is 46.3% to 56%, and the content of the shear thickening fluid in the nanocomposite material fabric is 10 to 30 wt%. The mesh fabric in the present invention is lightweight, abrasion-resistant, waterproof, capable of preventing puncture and suitable for large-scale production.
