The preparation method comprises the steps of: (1) adding a DMSO/NMMO mixed solvent to Juncao pulp, simultaneously adding an antioxidant and cobalt chloride thereto, and mixing same until uniform, so as to obtain a mixed system; and (2) swelling and dissolving the mixed system to obtain a Juncao viscose solution, and filtering, defoaming and spinning the Juncao viscose solution to obtain a cellulose fiber regenerated from Juncao.
