A content display method, applied to an electronic device comprising a touch screen, a first closed graph being displayed on the touch screen. The method comprises: acquiring a first handwriting track input by a user in the first closed graph; displaying the first handwriting track on the touch screen; obtaining first content according to the first handwriting track; determining a first display format of the first content, wherein the first display format comprises a first display position of the first content in the first closed graph, and the first display position is different from the display position of the first handwriting track on the touch screen; and displaying the first content on the touch screen in the first display format.
