Zusammenfassung:	An inertial measurement device and apparatus, which relate to the field of inertial measurement. The inertial measurement device comprises a circuit board (10) and an inertial measurement unit (20). The circuit board (10) comprises an isolation area (100) and a main board area (110), which is arranged around the isolation area (100), and the circuit board (10) is provided with at least two isolation trenches (200) in a penetrating manner, wherein a connection area (120) for connecting the isolation area (100) and the main board area (110) is formed between two adjacent isolation trenches (200), and the isolation area (100) and the main board area (110) are separated by means of the isolation trenches (200); and the inertial measurement unit (20) is arranged in the isolation area (100), and is electrically connected to the main board area (110) by means of the connection area (120). The influence of the stress effect of the circuit board (10) itself on the inertial measurement unit (20) can be mitigated by mea
