These macrocyclic compounds exhibit in vitro immunomodulatory efficacy thus making them therapeutic candidates for the treatment of various diseases including cancer and infectious diseases. Selon la présente invention, il a été découvert des composés macrocycliques qui se lient à PD-1 et sont aptes à inhiber l'interaction entre PD-1 et PD-L1.
