Zusammenfassung:	In accordance with the present disclosure, macrocyclic compounds have been discovered that bind to PD-1 and are capable of inhibiting the interaction of PD-1 with PD-L1. These macrocyclic compounds exhibit in vitro immunomodulatory efficacy thus making them therapeutic candidates for the treatment of various diseases including cancer and infectious diseases. Selon la présente invention, il a été découvert des composés macrocycliques qui se lient à PD-1 et sont aptes à inhiber l'interaction entre PD-1 et PD-L1. Ces composés macrocycliques présentent une efficacité immunomodulatrice in vitro, ce qui en fait des candidats thérapeutiques pour le traitement de diverses maladies, y compris le cancer et des maladies infectieuses.
