Zusammenfassung:	An actinic-ray-curable resin composition comprising: a polymer containing a quaternary ammonium salt; and a phosphoric acid ester and/or a salt, the anion of the salt including a polyoxyalkylene structure. The actinic-ray-curable resin composition, when containing the phosphoric acid ester, has an acid value of 400-600 mgKOH/g. Composition de résine durcissable par rayonnement actinique comprenant : un polymère contenant un sel d'ammonium quaternaire ; et un ester d'acide phosphorique et/ou un sel, l'anion du sel comprenant une structure polyoxyalkylène.
