Two air channels (21, 24), two light traps (22, 25), two PD through holes (23, 26) and a laser emission chamber (27) are formed on the housing (20); the laser module (10) and the polarizing beam splitter (30) are arranged in the laser emission chamber (27); the polarizing beam splitter (30) divides laser light emitted by the laser module (10) into transmission laser light and reflection laser light, which respectively go out from a transmission window (271) and a reflection window (272) of the laser emission chamber (27) and respectively enter the two air channels (21, 24); reflected light and scattered light generated by the laser light irradiating dust in gas waiting for detection enter the photodiodes located below the PD through holes (23, 26), and excess laser light directly enters the light traps (22, 25) for extinction.
