Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a novel genomic safe harbor (GSH), a method for expressing an exogenous gene using same, and cells introduced with an exogenous gene by the same method. The method for expressing an exogenous gene using the novel genomic safe harbor according to the present invention allows the safe introduction and long-term stable expression of an exogenous gene without disrupting the transcription of adjacent genes, thereby enabling the safe expression of various exogenous genes within cells without safety concerns. La présente invention concerne une nouvelle zone de sécurité du génome (GSH), un procédé d'expression d'un gène exogène utilisant celle-ci, et des cellules introduites avec un gène exogène selon le même procédé.
