Zusammenfassung:A manufacturing method for improving the edge fitting properties of 6016 automobile stamped sheets, which comprises: raw material casting, homogenization annealing, hot rolling, cold rolling, solid solution treatment and pre-aging treatment; when adding the raw materials, controlling the Mn to Fe ratio at 1:1, then crushing second phase particles in a matrix by means of high pressure, high processing rate ultra-refining rolling; implementing grain refinement by utilizing a sub-critical solid solution, and last, reducing the yield ratio and the yield strength of a base material by utilizing a relatively low pre-aging treatment process, thereby realizing improvement of edge fitting properties by means of second phase refinement of a material, grain refinement, and the reduction of the yield ratio and the yield strength.
