Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a food composition using an enzymatic decomposition extract of antlers for athletic performance enhancement or recovery from fatigue. The food composition includes, as an active ingredient, an enzymatic decomposition extract of antlers, in which antlers are dissolved by an enzyme with IUBMB Enzyme Nomenclature EC 3.4.11.1, and thus enables athletic performance enhancement and recovery from fatigue. La présente invention concerne une composition alimentaire utilisant un extrait de décomposition enzymatique d'andouillers pour un renforcement de performances athlétiques ou une récupération suite à une fatigue. La composition alimentaire comprend, en tant qu'ingrédient actif, un extrait de décomposition enzymatique d'andouillers, dans lequel des andouillers sont dissous par une enzyme ayant la nomenclature d'enzymes IUBMB EC 3.4.11.1, et permet ainsi le renforcement de performances athlétiques et la récupération suite à une fatigue. 본 발명은 녹용 효소분해 추출물을 이용한 운동수행능력 향상 또는 피로 회복용 식품 조성물에 관한 것으로 녹용을 IUBMB 효소 명명 클래스 EC 3.4.11.1의 효소로 분해시킨 녹용 효소분해 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함함으로써, 운동수행능력을 향상시키고 피로를 회복시킬 수 있다.
