The invention further pertains to an inductive hydrogel and the use of said inductive hydrogel for inducing regeneration. L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une pousse végétale, ledit procédé comprenant l'étape consistant à mettre localement en contact un tissu végétal comprenant une séquence codant au moins un facteur de régénération sous la commande d'un promoteur inductible avec un hydrogel inducteur. L'invention concerne en outre un hydrogel inducteur et l'utilisation dudit hydrogel inducteur pour induire la régénération.
