MEDICAL TEXT DATA MASKING METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND MEDIUM AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

A medical text data masking method and apparatus, and a storage medium and an electronic device. The method comprises: acquiring medical case text, and preprocessing the medical case text to obtain text to be masked; performing abbreviation disambiguation processing on each word in the text to be masked to obtain first text; identifying sensitive information in the first text by using an identification model, and masking the sensitive information to obtain second text, wherein the sensitive information comprises a name, a place name and a number; and identifying sensitive information in the second text by using a preset rule field set, and performing secondary masking processing on the sensitive information to obtain masked target text. Secondary identification is performed on sensitive information by means of a preset rule field set, thereby avoiding the risk of personal privacy information being leaked due to inaccurate data masking caused by incomplete sensitive information identification.
