A frequency selective surface unit comprises: a first surface consisting of a plurality of first metal strips which are staggered with each other; a second surface consisting of a plurality of second metal strips, each of said second metal strips being provided with a second inter-band gap, and metal strips on two sides of each second inter-band gap being connected by means of a metal strip line, so as to form in an H frequency band a parallel resonance LC circuit; and a support plate, the first surface and the second surface being fixed on a same surface of the support plate or on front and back surfaces of the support plate.
