EFFICIENT FLUIDIZING CHLORINATION METHOD FOR CARBIDE SLAG

Disclosed is an efficient fluidizing chlorination method for carbide slag. The method comprises the following steps: setting chlorination conditions of a primary fluidizing chlorination furnace and a secondary fluidizing chlorination furnace on the basis of the content of TiC in the carbide slag, and introducing a high-concentration mixed gas into the secondary fluidizing chlorination furnace, wherein the primary fluidizing chlorination furnace and the secondary fluidizing chlorination furnace are connected in series; adding the carbide slag into the primary fluidizing chlorination furnace for a primary chlorination reaction; and discharging the primarily chlorinated carbide slag into the secondary fluidizing chlorination furnace for a deep chlorination reaction, discharging tailings after the reaction, subjecting the residual gas in the secondary fluidizing chlorination furnace to cyclone dust removal, and then introducing the residual gas into the primary fluidizing chlorination furnace.
