VISION INSPECTION MODULE, DEVICE INSPECTION SYSTEM INCLUDING SAME, AND VISION INSPECTION METHOD

The present invention relates to vision inspection and, more specifically, to a vision inspection module that performs vision inspection of a device, a device inspection system including same, and a vision inspection method. Disclosed is a vision inspection module that has a polygonal planar shape and performs, while being picked up by a picker (631), vision inspection on a device (1), the vision inspection module including a bottom surface image obtaining unit (480) which is installed on a movement path of the picker (631) and obtains a bottom surface image of the bottom surface of the device (1) picked up by the picker (631), and at least one side surface image obtaining unit (470) which is installed adjacent to the bottom surface image obtaining unit (480) and obtains a side surface image of a side surface of the device (1) that has passed through the bottom surface image obtaining unit (480) so as to perform vision inspection on the side surface of the device, and a control unit that analyzes the bottom surface image obtained by the bottom surface image obtaining unit (480) and rotates the picker (631) so that the side surface of the device (1) is perpendicular to the optical axis of the side surface image obtaining unit (470).
