CELLULAR MATRIX NERVE GRAFT FOR REPAIRING PERIPHERAL NERVE INJURY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed are a cellular matrix nerve graft for repairing peripheral nerve injury and a preparation method therefor. The cellular matrix nerve graft comprises an acellular matrix and a scaffold, wherein the acellular matrix is obtained by decellularization of the matrix secreted by stem cells, and the acellular matrix is wrapped around the scaffold. With the graft, the defects of autologous nerve transplantation repair can be overcome, and the immunogenicity of allogeneic cell transplantation repair is avoided. The present invention provides a cellular matrix nerve graft conducive to nerve cell proliferation and migration, which can establish a microenvironment conducive to axon growth, thereby achieving the purposes of nerve regeneration and function repair.
