Zusammenfassung:Provided are a culture medium and a method for inducing iPSC differentiation to obtain macrophages and use thereof, which relate to the technical field of biopharmaceutics. The culture medium comprises from a first-stage culture medium to a sixth-stage culture medium. The first-stage culture medium is an E8 complete culture medium containing a ROCK pathway inhibitor and polyvinyl alcohol; the second-stage culture medium is an E8 complete culture medium containing a GSK-3β inhibitor; the third-stage culture medium comprises an M1 culture medium and an M2 culture medium; the fourth-stage culture medium is an M3 culture medium; the fifth-stage culture medium is an M4 culture medium; the sixth stage is an M5 culture medium. By optimizing the culture mode and the culture conditions, the yield of macrophages is increased, and the culturing costs are reduced; one iPSC can yield about 188 thousand macrophages with good phagocytic function.
