Zusammenfassung:	Provided in the present application are a system and a method for treating coal-fired flue gas. The system for treating a coal-fired flue gas comprises: a carbon dioxide capture and recovery system and a decarburized gas concentration system, wherein a carbon dioxide recovery system is connected to a coal-fired device, and the carbon dioxide capture and recovery system is used for recovering carbon dioxide from coal-fired flue gas produced by the coal-fired device; and the decarburized gas concentration system is connected to the carbon dioxide recovery system and the coal-fired device, and is used for concentrating the recovered coal-fired flue gas and feeding the gas, which contains concentrated carbon monoxide, into the coal-fired device. In the present application, recovered coal-fired flue gas is concentrated and fed into the coal-fired device, such that decarburized gas, which is discharged after the capture treatment of carbon dioxide, is efficiently utilized, and the combustion of a combustion device
