Zusammenfassung:	A folding stand, comprising a tripod assembly (10), a pull rod assembly (20) and a supporting assembly (30), wherein the pull rod assembly (20) has a first end and a second end, which are opposite each other, and the tripod assembly (10) is arranged at the first end of the pull rod assembly (20); the supporting assembly (30) is arranged on the second end of the pull rod assembly (20) in a foldable manner, and has a deployed state and a collapsed state; and the supporting assembly (30) at least comprises a main stand (31), a first connecting rod assembly (32) and a second connecting rod assembly (33). In the deployed state, the first connecting rod assembly (32) and the second connecting rod assembly (33) are deployed to form a supporting surface (101); and in the collapsed state, the first connecting rod assembly (32) and the second connecting rod assembly (33) respectively abut against the main stand (31) to form a rod-shaped structure.
